- Select Your Dates – Choose your preferred check-in and check-out dates to see availability.
- Reserve Online – Click the “Book Now” button, follow the prompts, and complete your reservation securely online.
- Receive Confirmation – Once your booking is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a welcome link with all the details of your stay.
- Prepare for Your Stay – We will send additional information, including check-in instructions, prior to your arrival. For any questions or special requests, feel free to contact us. We look forward to hosting your family!

What is the check-in process?
We strive to make your arrival as seamless and stress-free as possible. Below is our easy check-in process:
Self-Check-In for Your Convenience
We offer a hassle-free self-check-in experience. 3 days before your arrival, you will receive a message with detailed check-in instructions, including the property's address, parking details, and your unique access code.
Smart Lock Entry
Our home is equipped with a secure smart lock. Simply enter the provided code upon arrival—no need to worry about keys! The code is unique to your stay and will be activated at check-in time.
Check-In Time
Check-in is from 3pm onwards. If you need early check-in, please contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.

On our Welcome link, you’ll find a welcome guide with Wi-Fi details, house rules, and recommendations for local dining and attractions to make your stay even more enjoyable.

- Standard Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Standard Check-out: 10:00 AM
- For guests who would like to check in earlier, we offer an early check-in option starting at 12 noon for a $49 fee, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to confirm early check-in arrangements.

Do you provide housekeeping?
Our housekeeping team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests. We ensure that every property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each check-in, paying close attention to detail in all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
We use high-quality cleaning products and follow strict hygiene protocols to create a fresh and welcoming environment. Our housekeeping team also inspects the property after each cleaning to ensure everything is in perfect condition.
For longer stays, we offer optional mid-stay cleanings upon request. If you have any special cleaning needs or requests, please let us know in advance, and we’ll be happy to accommodate them.

When will I be charged?
Our payment procedure is designed for a seamless and secure booking experience:
Deposit at Booking: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation and secure your selected dates.
Final Payment: The remaining 70% balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card used for the initial payment 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods: We process payments securely, and guests will receive a confirmation email with payment details and due dates.

What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexibility while covering processing costs:
Full Refund (Minus Processing Fee): If you cancel before the final balance is charged ( 30 days prior to arrival), you will receive a **full refund minus a 3%
