things we noticed broken and the property manager was on the spot about getting them fixed with great communication. . We did not mention the guest bathroom door didn’t lock but that was just something we could live with while visiting. There were a few big things we noticed that the cleaning crew missed, the first big thing we noticed was that the previous guests had a dog and we think he spent a considerable amount of time outside, there was huge balls of hair that had collected all around the exterior bar and lanai. I noticed in the rental agreement that we were to leave the the exterior property in ready to rent condition. So we swept when we got there and when we left. The previous tentants did not, and the cleaning crew either doesn’t check the outside or is not responsible for cleaning outside. There was some hair in the pool that had either blown in or had come off a dog while swimming. While we were there, we saw one pool maintenance man who came on Tuesday and checked the water, no cleaning. The designated pool maintenance day is Thursday. We were in the pool all day on Thursday and no one came to do cleaning. At night while the adults were in the hot tub we saw at least 4-5 large “palmetto” bugs that came out around the grill. You may want to spray there, however if no one is sweeping around the lanai where food can be dropped and collects, you may continue to have problems. Luckily we weren’t too upset bc we are from the south and we are “dog people”. I also found a spot of old blood on the mattress protector sheet in the master bedroom when I stripped the bed, there were also a few spots on the decorative white pillows. We still had a wonderful time and the house is great! Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot.

We had a lovely time at this home. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with essentials. Appreciated the updates and decor. We enjoyed kayaking from the dock. Also a great place to have your morning coffee. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pool+ Moreand the bar was large enough for all the family to eat poolside. The only thing we were concerned about was the loose tile floor outside. Be careful as you walk on them. Also we felt kids should wear swim shoes to protect their little toes from getting caught in between the tiles. Other than that, home is highly recommended. Oh and it's very close to beaches and St Augustine main street.

Our family absolutely loved our week at Salty Breeze! This was our second stay at this beautiful home and it proved every bit as welcoming and comfortable as our stay last summer. We practically lived outside - either around the bar, in the gorgeous+ Moresalt water pool, coffee and fishing off the dock, or paddling with the dolphins in the canal. There were so many stunning beach spots to choose from and pontoon-ing up the Matanza River to the intercoastal is an absolute favorite! Having the perfect “go-to” place, one that makes our 13 year old as happy as the 70+ year old in our group, makes vacay planning a piece of cake and one we’re already looking forward to for next year!

This year's Family Vacation was so relaxing, everyone had so much FUN! The house had something for everyone, from fishing, kayaking, swimming, hottub, bikes, games in the garage and lots of extra stuff available for fishing, beaching, and pool! The+ Moregarage even had a shop vacuum to clean out the car for our drive home! Staff were absolutely amazing to work with, and the software they use for communication was top notch and easy to navigate! We will forsure book again!

Great spot. We had a great time. Could use a few more dishes and since the hot water heater is on a time clock…. You may want to wait until around 9:00 AM if you want a hot shower.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and we loved sitting out in the Tiki hut and swimming in the pool. I have some suggestions though, some of the information in the booklet didn't quite match with the house, for example the booklet described a+ Morecontrol pannel, which in most of our professions means a control pannel on a wall instead of a remote, also having the location of that remote. Speaking of remotes, if all the remotes could have labels. It was difficult to find what remote went to what and we were never able to get the stereo to work. But overall we very much enjoyed our stayed.

Very clean and comfortable home suitable for our family of 8. Plenty of room to spread out or gather together. House is in a quiet subdivision and conveniently located to shopping and European Village. Communication with property manager was prompt+ Moreand efficient.

Salty Turtle has everything you need We found the house spotless clean and as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is stocked with what you need. CheckIn and Checkout was absolutely easy. VHR was easy to deal with. the neighborhood is quite wich we+ Morevery much appreciated. it is a short drive to the beaches. Also a few golf courses are close by. And of course St Augustine which is only a 35 minute drive. We can absolutely recommend Salty Turtle.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was so relaxing to be sitting by the pool and looking at the canal right behind it. The only comments I have to make would be the tile around the pool does need fixed because many are loose and the+ Moresliding glass door is a little hard to open and shut. Other than that, we would definitely recommend this house to anyone and would likely choose it again.

We really enjoyed the Salty Turtle home. It had lots of room and the kitchen was wonderful. Refrigerator/freezer was perfect. Loved the open floor plan in the living room and dining room. It was clean and spacious. The grandchildren loved the+ Morepool and we spent many hours enjoying the pool and the kayaks. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The house was beautiful inside and out and had plenty of room for 7 people. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and was provided plenty of towels and floating devices. I loved how everything was labeled it made it so easy to find the right switch+ Moreand remote. Overall it was a wonderful house and we are already talking about coming back.
