This one of a kind- newly renovated home is here to entertain everyone! The unique- two story- 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom- saltwater canal home has it all! Walk into the voluminous ceilings, arched entries, and tray ceilings followed by natural light and luminescent rays. The kitchen, living room, master bedroom, and game room all have frontage to the infinity pool and spa, followed to the boat house which has electric and water.
All rooms are located on the first floor, except the 4th upstairs bedroom perfect for additional privacy or extended family. It includes queen bedroom, with two twin trundles (sleeping 4 comfortably), private bathroom, and office/ sitting area with smart TV. Master bedroom has a king size bed and is on the other side of the house and features tray ceilings with a view of the infinity pool/spa and canal. Master bathroom has double vanities, soaker tub, and separate walk-in shower. Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen size beds in each. All rooms come with TVS with option to watch Cable TV on the apps.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly think of to make sure you are the chef in the kitchen. Counter space and kitchen dining table with eat-in kitchen overlooking the sparking blue pool and canal. Formal dining room seats 8 and game room features a pool/ billiards table and games. There are two bicycles and a kayak available for you to use during your stay. Bring your boat, your fishing gear, and your pets. We are pet friendly, $100 per pet will be added to your stay.
